Whole Food Nutrition
I think you can see the natural progression! When you follow your passion, it mushrooms (told you I love food) into what is good, what is natural and what is right. The catering, the spices, the amazing self accomplishment of publishing a healthy cookbook all led toward a continuing search for wellness. Whole food based nutrition became the answer in my search for optimal health.
How does one actually achieve the goal of eating a variety of 9-13 whole, fresh, raw, fruits and veggies on a daily basis? It's not easy, but choosing whole foods, foods with only one ingredient are the key. An apple is an apple right?!
